- Menu tools, account permissions, data access, licences and support are order-specific.

- Agree storage conditions, monitoring, alarm handling and food responsibilities for the intended products; no temperature or shelf-life guarantee is stated.
- Food and replenishment
- Food sourcing, chilled transport, restocking, stock rotation and cleaning require an operating plan; do not assume they are included with hardware.
- Installation and access
- Check entry route, placement, ventilation and service clearance against the current machine instructions.
- Packing and shipping
- Packed dimensions, gross weight, protection method and freight terms to be quoted for the exact configuration and destination.
- Brand and function customization
- Typically available for around 10–20 machines; scope, quantity per model, cost and schedule confirmed in the quotation. This is not a fixed minimum for standard orders.
