Information you share
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email, destination, project requirements and selected equipment. If provided, we also collect your company and WhatsApp number.
How we use your inquiry
We use this information to review your request and communicate with you about equipment sourcing, customization and quotations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Campaign and browser information
We keep campaign labels, referring sites, landing pages and advertising click identifiers (when present) in this browser tab’s session storage, for up to 30 days while the session remains available. This distinguishes the first visit from the latest campaign. The context is sent to us only when you submit an inquiry, to understand where equipment requests come from. It does not identify activity across devices or browser tabs. A custom-design brief may also be kept in this tab for up to 24 hours so you can return to your choices; it is shared with us only when you submit the inquiry. This version does not load advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
Storage and supplier coordination
Inquiry information is stored with our website hosting provider. We may share the equipment requirements needed to prepare your proposal with relevant suppliers. Your inquiry is not published on this website.
Correction or deletion
To request a correction or deletion, use our contact form or email the address listed in the footer. Use the same email address as your inquiry and include your earlier reference number. We may ask you to verify the email address before acting.
Images, videos and external links
Reference product photographs are served from our website. Some other images may load from external sources. Those websites receive the technical connection information needed to serve an image. If you choose to play a manufacturer demonstration, the embedded player connects to YouTube. External links and video services operate under their own privacy policies.
