Follow the prize through the whole cabinet

Test ball prize machine loading with the intended packaged prize, following it from its loading position through release and the outlet to player collection. The sample card connects the package and reward setting to the quotation.

The Shake Ball reference images show prizes, colored balls, a lever and a circular retrieval door. Its supplier diagram lists red/blue reward outcomes, green replay and white no prize. The demonstration should use the rules and dispensing arrangement proposed for the order.

Prepare a loading-to-recovery card

Give each packaged sample an ID and record its dimensions, mass, shape and any flexible or loose elements. The demonstration should show ordinary loading and a complete reward sequence with that sample.

Keep one card per approved setup, including the loading orientation. This makes the result usable when staff replenish stock or the supplier prepares the final configuration.

  • Prize sample ID, packaging dimensions, mass, shape and protruding elements.
  • Loading position, quantity and orientation shown by the supplier.
  • Ball specification, game-rule version and relevant reward settings.
  • Observed outcome and the physical release method.
  • Travel through the outlet and collection by the player.
  • Remaining stock behavior and reset after the sample is collected.
  • Refill access and the documented response if delivery is incomplete.

Observe different stock conditions

Compare the supplier’s approved normal stock level with the documented refill threshold, using the supported loading method. Record how the next item is presented and how staff know replenishment is needed.

In a hypothetical comparison, a rigid box clears the outlet while a flexible pouch needs adjustment. The result guides the choice between those samples or a further configuration trial for the pouch.

Make recovery and staff response visible

Record both the displayed reward and the collected object. The operating sheet should show the retrieval position and the staff response when a reward appears but collection is incomplete.

The refill demonstration should also show door access, whether unrelated prize positions are disturbed and whether the cabinet must move. Timing notes should name the demonstrated task and conditions.

Confirm a prize change before routine replenishment

A new package can change handling even when the prize inside is similar. Use the supplier’s sample-review criteria for changes such as a thicker box, loose tag or softer pouch. Put approved sample IDs and loading orientation in the refill sheet so attendants can select the reviewed item.

Bind sample compatibility to the quotation

Attach the sample cards to the enquiry, identifying accepted items, package constraints and any setup change. Carry the affected sample check forward if the order changes the mechanism or cabinet revision.

The operator’s destination use review should cover the actual rules and prizes. A skill label does not provide legal approval.
