Clip Prize Machine Capacity: Compare 28, 40 and 60 Clips
Compare 28, 40 and 60-clip prize cabinets by usable positions, cabinet size, sample spacing, opening stock and measured refill time.
A clip count is a loading reference, not a player count
Choose clip prize machine capacity from the number of approved prizes that can hang, move and release correctly between refill visits. The supplier lists one player station for each Magic Box 28, 40 and 60-clip version. More clips add display positions; wider packages or long attachments may require some positions to remain empty.
The supplier-listed cabinet sizes are 50 × 61 × 150 cm, 58 × 80 × 150 cm and 70 × 85 × 187 cm for the 28, 40 and 60-clip versions respectively. Compare front orientation and the usable loading arrangement as well as that outer envelope. Prize spacing and permitted loads remain model-specific questions.
Compare the three versions on one sheet
Give each candidate the same prize sample and refill task. Put the listed dimensions beside the quoted version's measurements, then add its ring arrangement, outlet and load limit. Leave an unanswered field open so the supplier can resolve it before the purchase comparison is completed.
- Listed clips: 28, 40 or 60; usable positions for the approved sample and loading arrangement: to be established.
- Space: cabinet orientation, player approach, full refill-door access and delivery route.
- Stock: opening display units, reserve units and the value tied up in each approved assortment.
- Work: access and lock-up time, attachment time per replacement and final release-path check.
- Service: clip or actuator identification, supplier maintenance procedure and model-specific spare availability.
Estimate refill labour transparently
Write refill visit time as shared access time plus replaced prizes multiplied by measured attachment time, then add inspection and cleaning. Full-fill time and normal top-up time are different measures. A demonstration that starts with an empty ring can help you estimate the opening task, while a routine visit should be based on the positions that actually need attention.
During the trial, note hard-to-reach clips and prizes that overlap. Draw any deliberately empty positions on the loading plan. Those gaps reduce usable stock and belong in both the opening fill and routine top-up calculation.
A hypothetical refill calculation
Assume an approved loading trial permits every listed position and attachment takes twenty seconds per item, with two minutes for opening, inspection and lock-up. An illustrative full fill would take about eleven minutes twenty seconds for 28 positions, fifteen minutes twenty seconds for 40 and twenty-two minutes for 60. The calculation is 2 minutes plus positions × 20 seconds. These are hypothetical labour inputs, not timed results for these products.
If a normal visit replaces ten prizes, the illustrative attachment work is the same three minutes twenty seconds regardless of ring capacity. A larger cabinet only reduces visit frequency if its usable stock, observed prize movement and staffing schedule support that result. Do not infer demand or a refill interval directly from the clip count.
Check costs that grow with a larger display
Compare opening display stock, reserves and the cost of any different package or hanging attachment. The supplier lists machine weights of 50, 60 and 120 kg respectively; packed gross weights are still needed for freight. Price equipment and transport using the same selected version.
The supplier's power labels are 70 W, 70 W and 130 W, with their rating basis unresolved. Obtain electrical information for the quoted build for the installation review. Then decide whether the larger display earns its extra floor space and stock commitment within your operating plan.
Choose by an operating constraint
Choose the smallest version that accommodates the approved assortment and refill routine. A larger one may suit a broader display or longer interval between visits, once usable stock and observed movement support that plan. Put the selection reason, sample arrangement, staff schedule and open configuration items on the comparison sheet.
