Marble Arcade Machine Dimensions: Pink vs Blue Cabinet Layout
Compare supplier-listed pink and blue marble cabinet envelopes, then verify orientation, player space and access on a drawing.
Treat the two cabinets as separate models
The pink and blue marble arcade machines are separate models with different cabinet sizes and construction. Compare the supplier-listed envelope, then add player and service space to the floor plan. A change of model can affect placement even when the intended play experience seems similar.
The supplier reference dimensions are 60 × 75 × 137 cm for Pink Marble and 44 × 78 × 124 cm for Blue Marble, labeled L × W × H. Neither sheet identifies which horizontal value is the front width. Use an annotated cabinet view to resolve that orientation before choosing a wall position.
Calculate the envelope, then draw the operating task
Multiplying the horizontal reference dimensions gives envelope footprints of 0.45 square metres for pink and 0.3432 square metres for blue. These calculated areas compare the cabinet bodies; the usable operating space also includes the player stance and open service door. Blue has the smaller calculated area, although its second horizontal dimension is longer.
Draw the cabinet, player and service outlines separately. Mark adjacent games, columns, seating and the route to the counter so the venue reviewer can assess circulation and access in the actual arrangement.
- Drawing ID, revision, model and verified front-width/depth orientation.
- Cabinet outline at scale; dimensions labeled in one unit.
- Player position and sightline to the counter or attendant.
- Refill and service-door swing with operator standing space.
- Arrival route: doorway, turn, lift and final placement.
Run a physical reach and visibility check
Control height and playfield sightline matter as much as the overall cabinet height. Measure the controls and visible playfield from the finished floor, then review them with the intended player group using a supervised mock-up or sample cabinet.
For a hypothetical position beside an 80 cm-deep counter, draw the cabinet and each task rather than subtracting a listed depth from 80 cm. The player stance or an open service door may occupy the same remaining strip of floor.
Record construction without inventing a durability ranking
The supplier material descriptions are sheet metal plus acrylic for pink and metal and wood plus acrylic for blue. Use them to discuss cleaning and the venue environment, rather than rank service life from the material names alone.
Useful drawing notes include wipeable surfaces, permitted cleaning products, service openings and the base. If staff regularly move games for events, the supplier’s moving and reinstallation instructions belong in the placement file too.
Keep the arrival route on the same drawing
Keep the unloading-to-position route on the same drawing. Mark the tightest doorway, turn and lift, then compare them with the packed envelope and any approved unpacking step. The receiving team should use the same supplier drawing revision that procurement used.
Approve a layout with conditions attached
Choose the model whose confirmed orientation and operating outlines fit the site. Keep the drawing revision, target user group and remaining measurements beside the decision.
Send the scaled plan with the configuration enquiry so the supplier can match the order to that layout. Revisit the drawing if the model, payment hardware or signage changes.
