Accept receipt, setup and prize delivery as separate stages

Use staged acceptance for claw and prize machine installation: shipment condition, unit identity, setup, controller and payment, prize delivery, then staff handover. Record a result at each stage using the model's instructions. This separates a successful power-on from a cabinet ready for its agreed offer.

The Compact Single Claw, Dual-Station Clip, Lucky Cut and Dual Claw & Blind-Box need different loading and setup tasks. Use the signed configuration, packing record and current model-specific installation instructions as the checklist header for each delivered unit.

Write a receipt-to-playing acceptance record

Give each stage a result, file reference and responsible person. Record visible damage or a configuration mismatch before technical setup. Hold the affected step until its issue is resolved, then repeat the relevant checks.

The Fun Zone manual places assembly and unpacking before programming and play. Follow that task order in the received model's current installation document, with setup recorded separately from game and merchandise checks.

  • Receipt: packaging condition, carton identity, delivery exceptions and received quantity.
  • Identity: serial, model, controller revision and included accessories against the order.
  • Installation: responsible installer confirms the permitted position, electrical version and model-specific setup.
  • Configuration: agreed price, language, settings, payment components and station mapping.
  • Prizes: approved sample and loading arrangement complete the release and retrieval path.
  • Handover: staff documents, spares, support route and outstanding issues are recorded.

Compare the hardware with the approved version

Match the received claw, clip or cutting assembly and included parts to the order using the permitted access procedure. On a multi-station cabinet, identify every control, acceptor and outlet so the mapping can be checked station by station.

Record a changed artwork panel, payment module or component as a specific difference. Review its effect on fit, settings, support and documents, then capture the agreed resolution and repeat the affected checks. Keep that approval with the delivered configuration.

Commission with the approved procedures and sample

After qualified technical setup, authorised staff can run the agreed operating sequence with the approved prize, consumables and arrangement. Record startup, credit, controls, release, collection and ready state. Keep the same sample identifiers and settings used in the order approval.

For a cashless order, record the provider transaction and correct station credit together. Include provider-authorised exception tests, then keep the reader and controller configuration with the results. The acceptance row should show the usable play the payment authorized.

Close the handover with an issue list

Give every open item an owner, supporting record and next action. Use the agreed reporting terms for damage or warranty questions. Complete the staff package with the received revision's maintenance instructions, part identifiers and operating settings.

Share the staged record before dispatch so the supplier can prepare the agreed documents and demonstrations. Carry destination documentation and operating-approval questions with their review owners. Close the handover with the accepted tasks, held items and staff responsibilities visible.
