Identify three assemblies before agreeing to the order

A push prize machine can look straightforward from the player side while containing several assemblies that need different service checks. In a supplied demonstration of a six-outlet cabinet, the presenter discusses an industrial-grade guide rail at approximately 00:39, a stepper motor around 01:40, and a centered prize conveyor from 02:09. These are supplier descriptions of the demonstrated machine, rather than measured performance results.

For procurement, separate guidance, drive and prize transport. Ask the supplier to label each assembly on photographs of the ordered version. The six-outlet layout does not establish six independent motors, a particular control algorithm or an inventory capacity.

Guide rail: inspect travel and obtain the service method

The video shows the central vertical guide assembly while the presenter describes smooth travel, stability and resistance to deformation. Turn those claims into an agreed demonstration: observe the full permitted movement, return position and any change in sound or resistance. Record the supplier’s settings and acceptance criteria instead of inventing a universal alignment tolerance.

Request the rail and carriage identification, mounting arrangement and approved cleaning or lubrication procedure. Have the supplier show which areas staff may access and which require a technician. Do not apply a general lubricant or loosen rail fasteners without the machine-specific instructions.

Stepper drive: identify the motor and its matching parts

The presenter identifies the drive as a stepper motor, but the supplied view does not provide a readable motor nameplate or driver specification. Before shipment, obtain photographs and part references for the motor, driver, connectors and relevant mounting parts. Confirm whether a replacement requires setup, alignment or a saved parameter file.

Ask for a technician-led demonstration of normal start, stop and return behavior. If the supplier claims a service life, request the test conditions and warranty terms in writing. The video alone does not establish a cycle-life figure, closed-loop feedback, positioning accuracy or a comparison with other manufacturers’ motors.

Centered conveyor: test the delivery path and recovery

From approximately 02:09–02:42, the supplier describes an industrial-grade belt positioned centrally in the prize-delivery arrangement and associates it with reduced jamming. Use that description to request a clear view of the actual belt, its guides and its connection to each outlet. The presentation does not show a completed delivery test across all six outlets.

Agree on a witnessed test covering every outlet and the supplier’s safe recovery procedure. Log the outlet, observed result and any adjustment. Ask how staff isolate power and regain access before clearing an obstruction; the service instructions should define the procedure rather than leaving staff to reach into a moving mechanism.

Use one acceptance record with separate component checks

Keep this record with the machine identification and dated demonstration video. An unresolved item should have an owner and a written next step before dispatch.

Prepare spares by reference, not by appearance

Ask which parts the supplier recommends keeping for the intended service arrangement. A useful spare-parts list names the compatible machine version, part reference, quantity and replacement instructions. Include a clear photograph so a local technician can distinguish similar-looking components.

Confirm availability and lead time for the rail carriage, motor and driver, belt, guides and any associated sensors actually fitted to the ordered version. A sensor is an item to verify, not a feature established by this video. Record whether substitution is permitted and who must approve it.

Hand over a service log with the cabinet

Before shipping, request the service manual, wiring identification and an accessible set of assembly photographs. Define the support information a technician should send when reporting a problem: machine version, affected outlet, symptoms, error indication if present, and a short video.

Use the supplier’s maintenance intervals and record actual inspections. This creates a traceable history without claiming that industrial-grade components eliminate downtime. It also helps separate a damaged transport component, an adjustment issue and a replacement request during support.

For replacement work, have the authorized technician follow the isolation instructions, record the removed part’s reference and mounting orientation, fit the approved compatible part, then repeat the relevant travel and six-outlet delivery checks before returning the machine to use.

Short FAQ before the technical handover

Does industrial-grade mean maintenance-free? No maintenance interval or maintenance-free rating is established by the demonstration. Obtain the procedure for the ordered machine.

Does a stepper motor prove precise prize delivery? The motor description alone does not establish the complete control system or delivery result. Witness the agreed checks.

What should an importer request first? An identified configuration, component references and a recorded acceptance test covering the rail, drive and all six delivery outlets.
