Six-outlet prize machines
Six-Outlet Prize Machine Wholesale Quote: An RFQ Checklist
Compare six-outlet push-prize machine offers on the same configuration, with sample-prize tests, payment milestones, spares and packing written into the RFQ.
Make the offers comparable before comparing price
A useful six-outlet prize machine wholesale quote identifies the cabinet version, the prize arrangement and what is included in delivery. Give each supplier the same requirements and compare any exceptions before comparing totals. A lower figure for an untested loading arrangement or a different payment configuration is not an equivalent offer.
Supplier evidence note: the supplied videos describe a white-and-green push-prize machine with six outlets, multiple prizes per outlet and a centrally positioned prize conveyor. No exact SKU, price, usable prize limits or export package specification is confirmed. Use the demonstrated cabinet as the reference and ask each offer to identify its actual orderable version.
Freeze the cabinet and loading version
Attach a reference photograph and identify the six-outlet layout in the request for quotation. Ask the supplier to provide the model identifier, dated configuration list and any differences from the demonstration. Record cabinet dimensions, electrical supply, central prize-delivery arrangement, controls, payment options and language as separate fields.
Attach your sample-prize IDs and proposed assignments for all six outlets. Have the supplier state which samples and loading quantities the offer covers. Show sample testing, initial merchandise and accessories separately from the cabinet price.
Send the same comparison sheet to each supplier
Use a common RFQ revision and ask suppliers to respond against it. Leave unresolved fields visible. This makes a configuration change easy to spot and keeps an unexplained price difference from becoming a purchasing assumption.

Tie payment milestones to written deliverables
Request a dated quotation with its currency, validity, contracting seller and named payment beneficiary. Ask for the proposed deposit and balance milestones, then connect each milestone to the agreed configuration, test evidence and shipping documents. Confirm these terms in the purchase agreement before transferring money.
Separate production readiness from dispatch and arrival. Ask which event starts the proposed lead time and which buyer approvals it depends on. If payment details change, verify the change through an established supplier contact before acting. A video presentation by itself does not identify the contractual seller or authorize payment.
Specify the spares package by the actual version
Ask for an illustrated parts list covering the ordered cabinet and its six-outlet prize path. Identify the parts the supplier recommends stocking, their part numbers and which are included in the offer. Request instructions showing how a technician identifies a fault and selects the correct replacement.
Keep warranty, remote assistance, replacement parts and shipping costs as separate questions. Clarify who supplies support and which work the buyer's staff must perform. Record how a later component substitution will be documented so the service package continues to match the delivered machine.
Compare packing and delivery as part of the order
Request the packed dimensions, gross weight, packing method and handling information for the quoted version. Ask how the six-outlet assembly, glass, controls and loose accessories will be secured. Have the packing list identify any removed or separately packed items and the reassembly instructions.
Compare transport offers using the same destination and responsibility split. Show equipment, options, packing and transport separately, with exclusions stated. At receipt, photograph the package condition before opening and follow the agreed discrepancy-reporting process. Cabinet finish descriptions alone do not establish protection during transport.
Agree the test signoff and change record
Before the order is released, agree a test covering the named prizes, all six outlets, changing stock levels, collection and refill. Include the ordered payment and control configuration. Record the tested unit's identity, settings, sample IDs, observed results and any corrective work in the signoff.
Require proposed changes to be listed against the approved RFQ revision. A different package size, controller, payment device or prize arrangement may need a fresh test. Keep the final approved configuration, test record and packing documents together so the buyer and supplier are working from the same version.
Short wholesale-quote FAQ
Can we request pricing without a confirmed quantity? Provide a working quantity and ask which terms depend on it; do not treat a preliminary figure as an order-ready offer.
Should prizes be included? State whether you want sample testing, initial stock or the cabinet alone, and price those scopes separately.
What makes the RFQ ready? A cabinet reference, destination, quantity, sample-prize plan and payment requirements give suppliers a consistent basis for a specific response.
