Slush Vending Machine Mix: Recipe Compatibility and Supply Planning
Specify slush base products, approved preparation, reservoir positions and local supply alternatives while resolving cup and screen conflicts.
Select the base product and preparation route
Choose slush vending machine mix against the equipment supplier’s accepted product and preparation method for the quoted build. The supplier reference lists two base positions and three topping positions, and one card describes 12 L + 12 L reservoirs. Usable loads, preparation and portions belong in the recipe schedule.
List whether each base arrives ready to use or requires the supplier-approved preparation process. Keep exact formulation and recipe settings with the accepted product; a different flavor source or dilution changes the input that was evaluated.
Map ingredients to opening drinks
Give each base and topping an ingredient code, source and physical position. For every opening drink, connect those positions to its menu identifier, portion settings and accepted cup. This organizes both the equipment demonstration and the local supply quotation.
The original ingredient records and handling instructions support the responsible destination review. The supplier-led recipe demonstration uses the actual proposed ingredients, with any required setting changes retained in the recipe record.
- Ingredient: manufacturer/supplier; product code; specification; lot; purchasing unit.
- Preparation: ready-to-use status or approved method; required facilities; instruction reference.
- Recipe: base position; additions; portion; accepted cup; displayed name.
- Supply: pack size; delivered quote; lead time; storage arrangement; substitution process.
Resolve the quoted configuration
The supplied slush cards list 70 paper cups in one specification and 80 elsewhere, plus 21 or 21.5 inches for the screen. The final equipment schedule needs the values for the quoted build. Keep the reservoirs, cups and display as separate fields.
Cup stock and mix stock also remain separate operating constraints. A serving plan needs usable ingredient loads, recipe consumption and losses as well as the accepted cup count. Record what the customer sees if a base becomes unavailable, including the supported menu response.
Plan a local substitute before buying bulk
In a hypothetical venue, a local base shares the flavor name of the supplier’s sample but has a different product code. Route it through the supplier’s compatibility evaluation and relevant ingredient-document review, then retain any revised settings and menu information.
Separate the machine offer from the ingredient offer. The opening budget should show included supplies, locally purchased products, accepted cups and any recipe evaluation still needed. This gives the buyer a clear path from an identified base to a demonstrated drink and the next replenishment order.
