Request a response you can compare
Ask the supplier to mark each required item included, optional, excluded or awaiting confirmation. Request the quoted model and revision, currency, validity, packing scope, support scope and current availability or schedule basis. Keep payment integration and software fees visible instead of assuming they are in the cabinet price.
