Clip Prize Machine Prize Size: Attachments, Spacing and Retrieval

01Size the complete hanging package

Measure clip prize size as the complete hanging package: toy, wrapping, attachment and mass. It must clear neighbouring items, disengage cleanly and reach the collection compartment. Approve the package family together with its spacing and loading method.

The Magic Box 28, 40 and 60-clip layouts use circular hanging-prize assemblies. Permitted load, attachment geometry, usable spacing and outlet dimensions remain to be supplied for each version. Use those limits to select representative plush and packaged samples.

02Use a merchandise fit and release-path card

Prepare the card for each package family and retain a physical sample if practical. A supplier should state whether the sample fits the proposed version and under which loading conditions. Keep a separate result for attachment, display movement, release and collection.

• Prize body: size, mass, compressibility and package surface.
• Attachment: material, shape, full length, connection to the prize and supplier approval.
• Display: spacing from adjacent prizes, chamber boundaries and moving parts under the approved arrangement.
• Release: evidence that the clip opens as intended and the attachment disengages without catching.
• Retrieval: complete path to the compartment and normal customer collection with packaging intact.

03Observe crowded and lightly loaded arrangements

Demonstrate the approved sample in both full and lightly loaded arrangements permitted by the supplier. Watch for packages touching, swinging or catching beside one another. Include the widest package and longest attachment in the planned assortment.

Film the attachment before release, continue through collection and inspect the package. Record any position where it catches or rests above the retrieval compartment. If spacing needs empty clips, draw them on the stock map and adjust usable capacity.

04Make the refill method part of the approval

Include clip selection, attachment, orientation and return to ready state in the staff demonstration. The loading procedure should identify accepted attachments and rejection conditions. An alternative clip, tape or hook changes the release setup and needs its own approval.

Sort torn tabs, damaged wrapping and unapproved package revisions away from ready stock. Keep the accepted sample beside the refill instructions so staff can compare replacement stock quickly.

05Send a package specification, not only a prize name

Send sample photos, measurements, mass, attachment details and the cabinet version with the inquiry. Add the intended assortment and any deliberately empty positions. The loading specification should identify the package family, accepted spacing, complete collection path and changes that require retesting.
